Shipping Policy – Live Coral

- Free Shipping on all coral orders $300 and above.

- Minimum Order $100 for shipping.

- All corals are shipped overnight for the safest possible transit.

- Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

- Orders placed after 12 PM CST may ship the next eligible day.

- Weather delays may occur if temperatures are unsafe for coral transit.

We want every coral to arrive healthy. However, due to the nature of shipping live animals:

- If a coral arrives dead due to unexpected circumstances, we will issue store credit for the coral’s value.

- If the coral cannot be replaced, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the DOA coral.

- Shipping fees are not refundable or creditable.

To qualify for store credit, you must:

1. Provide clear photos or video of the coral in the sealed bag.

2. Submit proof within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

- We cannot guarantee live arrival on shipments delayed for any reason, including weather, routing issues, or mechanical delays.

- DOA coverage is only valid if the shipment arrives on time.

- Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct at checkout.

- We are not responsible for DOA or delays caused by:

- Incorrect addresses

- Missed delivery attempts

- Carrier delays
